Onboarded and launched Icy Girl Esthetics across Groupon, Lately.la, and Licensed to Glow, audited a third-party marketing vendor's ROI, and set up Stripe payments and a custom business email. Designed a 4ft × 8ft storefront banner and bilingual (English/Spanish) brochures, and wrote service descriptions, social captions, and outreach copy for influencer/ambassador collaborations.
Built out pricing for new services, ran competitive pricing analysis, and advised on new revenue streams — gift cards, beauty room rental, an Airbnb Services listing, and workshops — plus continuing education and certification research (Circadia University, Dermaplane Pro, Face Reality Acne).
